Payment:
We
accept PayPal payments for
all services and products. We will email you a formal price
prior to payment. Once paid in full, construction on your
custom order will begin.
Shipping:
We ship using UPS shipping
services. You have the option of Ground Shipping and 3 Day
Select. The average cost for shipping the Bar-Top (Table-Top) Arcade is
about $100 (including handling fees). An exact cost will be
provided prior to your order. Pick-up is available if you
live near Toledo, Ohio. Personal delivery is also available based
on how far away from Toledo Ohio you are, so email us if you are
interested in that option. If you want to make other arrangements,
please email us.
Returns:
We do not accept any
returns unless previously authorized by Cronin's Custom Arcades,
LLC. If you refuse delivery, you will be charged the return
shipping fee. If you need to make a return for any purpose, please
contact us first. We will do our best to make sure you are
satisfied with your CCA purchase.
Support:
Each delivery with come
with detailed instructions on how to operate your new purchase.
Generally speaking, once your machine is running, you should not
have to do anything else to it. Included in the instructions
are how to operate, configure and load additional games on your
machine. If you need further assistance, you can email us for
support and call you back if necessary.
Warranty:
We offer a 90 day
warranty on parts supplied and the materials used to construct your
machine. This includes the internal computer components of your
machine, buttons and arcade controls. The warranty does not cover
software or software installation. These machines are Windows PC
based and once we ship to you, we have no control over any
configuration changes made. We can help you via email if there are
issues that arise from changing the default set-up, but do not take
responsibility for any configuration changes you make. If you have
a part in need of replacements under the warranty, email us and we
will make arrangements to replace the item. If you require Cronin's
Custom Arcades LLC to install any of the replacements for you, we
are not responsible for shipping costs.
Each machine will come with a recovery disc so that you may restore
your machine back to its original out of the box state. This is
intended as a last resort if you have problems with the internal PC
and need to start over.
Time
From Order to Delivery:
On average, your Video
Arcade Machine will be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks after purchase.
This is for machines configured with our standard options. Any
special requests may add additional time to delivery. We
will make every effort to complete your order in a timely manner and
will keep you informed of its progress.
